1. A deposit of £150 must be paid to confirm the booking (non refundable)


2. Balance payable on receipt of Video/DVD


3. Travelling expenses are included if the ceremony and reception venue is within a fifty mile radius of Belfast


4. Permission must be granted by the clergy before any pictures can be taken inside the Church


5. Arrangements should be made for the Church doors to be open at least one hour before the time of service


6. We cannot be held responsible for scenes not included due to inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control


7. We reserve the right to use a copy of your Wedding Video/DVD for demonstration purposes unless specifically requested not to do so


8. Whilst we take great care and maintenance of our eqipment we cannot be held responsible for loss of coverage due to equipment failure and our liabilities are limited to a refund of all monies paid by you
